	"The best read I was at over the last five weeks occurred at Lulu's Beehive
on October 25 when Lob and William McClain brought a touch of LA and Orange
County to this Studio City coffeehouse. Celebrating the read's one year
anniversary, Drew Derr's hosting was warm and welcoming and his
organ-playing ain't too shabby either. Lob read and played an evocative set
that was involving and intriguing, while McClain performed par excellent,
his poetry ranging from his trademark humorous to heart-touching
commentary. Too bad the audience was smallish; they missed a great evening
as provided by these three aforementioned gentlemen."
