It is for this reason that this data base was created, in order to have a place to keep thee documentation,
and continually add to it as time goes on and thee project evolves. Instagon was upkeeping this on-line data base
as early as 1994....and so it has been part ov thee process from thee beginnings and continues to be part ov thee process
today as Instagon moves forward into its ever progressing future.
