This piece was done in 1993. It features T.O.P.Y. propoganda imagery and
was originally constructed for a TOPY Publication, but was not used.
Later in 1994 it was printed in black & white on the inside of Instagon's debut release, "Thee Most creative Thing I Have Ever Seen In
A Slight English Accent"
