THEE INSTAGON FOUNDATION NEWS!

 

9/11/05 - This weekend (yesterday 9/10) Thee Instagon Foundation were part of a really well organized and great networking event that happened in San Francisco. The 6th Annual Bay Area Expo for Artists and Muscisians was held at SomArts in the Market District of SF. TIF were invited and were offered a table space for only $25, so we took this offer and enjoyed this event, Lob and Dr.Oblivious were the representatives from TIF, and they met and spoke with probably over 100 persons over the course of the day, and probably had 50 more just walk by and take flyers from our table. Some great connections were made with labels, venues, artists, and musicains interested in playing with INSTAGON.. we promoted INSTAGON, NF05, TOPY, and LOB's art...we gained nearly 3 pages of names for our mailing list.. thanks to everyone that came out and said hi to us.. it was a bitchen event, and we hope to be invited back next year. Also worth noting is that Dr. Oblivious rules.. he was the trooper from thee godz for this event, without him it would have been no way near as productive. thanks Dr. O!
